Our Ultimate Frisbee Youth program is growing! Anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of the sport, meeting new people, and playing ultimate frisbee is welcome. We strive to be inclusive and accessible.

We have youth leagues for almost each weather season including winter (indoor), spring, and summer. Our volunteer coaches teach the fundamentals of the game, practice important skills through drills, and lead scrimmages.

**NEW** HIGH SCHOOL PICK-UP
Pick-up is a casual, informal game of ultimate frisbee where anyone can show up and play without needing to be part of a team or league. Beginners welcome! This is a relaxed way for teens of all skill levels to get together and play. And a great way to try the sport if you've never played before. Each week our HS coach Pete Souder will facilitate play!

We are a small non-profit that runs leagues with volunteer coordinators and coaches. All proceeds go to reducing the cost of the leagues for the players and building more opportunities to play in the future. We are always looking for volunteers to help!
