Our Ultimate Frisbee Youth program is growing! Anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of the sport, meeting new people, and playing ultimate frisbee is welcome. We strive to be inclusive and accessible.

All our youth leagues are mixed-gender (co-ed).

We have youth leagues for almost each weather season including winter (indoor), spring, and summer. Our volunteer coaches teach the fundamentals of the game, practice important skills through drills, and lead scrimmages.

Registration opens in December
Dates: January 13 - February 26, 2026
Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm for ages 10-14
Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm for ages 5-9
Weekly drop in registration and in person registration are available.
Any player that wants to be included in a different age range than what is suggested is welcome to join where they are most comfortable and happy.

**NEW** MIDDLE SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES
UFO coaches are working with the YMCA afterschool program to develop an ultimate frisbee enrichment program focused on middle school ages. We can also be available to join your middle school physical education class or even start a club with enough interest. We need your help growing the program. If you have a middle schooler interested in playing, please contact us. Our coaches are planning for the next after school enrichment opportunities as well as the community leagues in spring, summer, and winter.
This spring, we are excited to host an afterschool program with interested players from April 22 - May 13. All sessions will be hosted at Thurgood Marshall Middle School. All middle schoolers are welcome to register and join the session, provided they have transportation.
Monday sessions: 4-5:15pm
Wednesday sessions: 3-5:15pm

We are a small non-profit that runs leagues with volunteer coordinators and coaches. All proceeds go to reducing the cost of the leagues for the players and building more opportunities to play in the future. We are always looking for volunteers to help!
